We screened the available office space for the Client, based upon their criteria.  After multiple viewings of suitable spaces, the Client selected a space that was their clear preference. We negotiated the lease with the landlord’s representative, including price, terms and conditions, the time frame and the Tenant Improvements build out allowance.
