Client was a contractor with a sizeable Customer project that they were about to break ground on. They needed to secure several acres of land at an alternate location to the construction site on which to stage their equipment and where they could create concrete casting forms for some of the project’s standardized concrete construction sections.
We reviewed the feasible geographic area with the Client, the budget and the other requirements such as access and the size of the plot and configuration/layout. We then screened the available properties, secured site tours and generated LOIs for our Client for submission to the Landlords of suitable sites. We negotiated for our Client and helped them to arrive at a finalized lease.
We secured this location on attractive terms for our Client so that they could ramp up their project on schedule.
